Our customers safety is paramount.
We provide a safety briefing at the start of any trip. All participants must wear a buoyancy aid at all times on and close to the river. Absolutely no standing up in the boats permitted.
Splashing is of course permitted. We want you to have fun after all.
We strongly recommend you take and use a high factor sunscreen as the sun does reflect off the
water. Take a spare set of clothes as you never know….it may rain. (Also…….. see above)!
All ages are welcome as long as you can hold a paddle and children have to be accompanied by an adult.
Should you get tired, just call us and we have a safety boat to come and collect you.
All these and more safety information is listed in our water sports disclaimer.
